Madhusudhanan Natarajan, an IT Professional to Contest for NTK in Krishnagiri District

We, the IT Employees’ Wing of Naam Tamilar Katchi are glad to announce the candidature of an IT professional in the 2019 Parliament elections.

Madhusudhanan Natarajan, a professional with profound experience in the Information Technology industry, Secretary of Naam Tamilar IT Employees Wing is now the candidate from Krishnagiri constituency. This is a rare feat where a software professional has been recognized and granted ticket in the national elections.

We as a conglomerate of professionals in India from Information Technology, Communications, Engineering, research and development are contributing about 8.4 lakh crores of annual income for our nation. We have nearly 4 million professionals working in the industry along with non-direct employment of more than 120 million in the country. It is also a known fact that we contribute to around 7.7% of our nation’s GDP with nearly 4750 established institutions.

For such a huge and thriving industry, we do not have strong law enforcements with regards to job security, job timings, salary regulation, gender equality and equal opportunity employment.

On these lines, we as a political party have formed an exclusive wing with IT professionals working in various organizations across India. We are providing upskill training for IT employees, free counselling on issues, promoting awareness on labor law and employee welfare oriented activities.

We are also analyzing on various demanding issues of our community and trying to bring resolute things to the table that will shake the bureaucracy and install the much needed changes to issues related to our profession (employment – law enforcements basically).

Creating a separate portfolio under the labor ministry of Central and State Governments alone can attempt to bring the issues into focus and resolve them with exclusive policies. Our leader Senthamilan Seeman – Chief Coordinator, Naam Tamilar Katchi and all seniors in the party are aware of our issues and are striving to take measures that will get us legal protection.

We request support of all the people, especially from the IT professionals and technocrats who strive hard to be heard amongst the Government administering authorities. We assure to voice in Parliament regarding the issues faced by professionals in IT industry and continually work towards resolving them.

Looking forward to your support. Thank you.
